Hollie Sparrowhawk is a psychologist at Pause Psychology, working with adults and young adults. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Basispsycholoog registered with the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (NIP; 242913), practising in line with Dutch professional and ethical guidelines.
Hollie works primarily with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties and challenges related to neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD. She has a particular interest in supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, self-critical or stuck in unhelpful patterns, and those navigating identity, life transitions or the long-term impact of earlier experiences. She also offers neurodevelopmental diagnostics.
Her approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on skills from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Therapy is tailored to each client, with a strong focus on building insight, emotional flexibility and practical tools that can be applied in everyday life.
Hollie values a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative, non-judgemental and grounded in warmth. While clinically trained, she aims to create a space that feels human rather than clinical, where clients can develop a deeper understanding of themselves and move towards meaningful, sustainable change.
She works with both local and international clients and offers sessions in English, in-person and online.
