Welcome to Pause Psychology, a therapy service for the cultivation of well-being. Whether you are experiencing mental ill health such as anxiety, depression, or an eating disorder; or if you have a history of trauma or neglect; or whether it is unease, or life dissatisfaction, working with a trained therapist can help you move forward. We also offer Autism or ADHD assessments. Our team consists of Australian trained as a Clinical Psychologists, as well as a BIG registered GZ Psycholoog. Offering face to face sessions  in Amsterdam. For those that require more flexibility online sessions are available.
