E-health / Online Therapy

An E-health treatment is an online treatment that can be a part of your overall treatment plan. It can consist of modules, questionnaires and online sessions. Using some of the e-health tools you can actively engage with therapy outside of the sessions, you will gain a better understanding of your issues and learn how to cope with them. This interactive approach makes the treatment flexible, accessible, and effective.

What are modules, and what can you expect from them?

Modules consist of information, mood diaries, exercises, and tips. There are modules available for issues such as anxiety, depression, panic, excessive worrying, and sleep problems.

Questionnaires

We also use online questionnaires to help with diagnosis but to also monitor treatment outcomes. These can easily be filled in online and they are sent directly back to us. We can go over them together in session.

Online sessions

You may find it easier to do sessions online or a hybrid version with some sessions online and others in person. You can request online sessions when you register for therapy. You can use the link here to register for therapy.
