Dana is a psychologist, who works primarily with adults. She holds a
double Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology and Clinical Child and
Adolescent Psychology, and registered with the Nederlands Instituut van
Psychologen (NIP – 236830) and Stichting Kwaliteitsregister Jeugd (SKJ-
130005678)
Her approach is integrative, trained in CBT and EMDR, but drawing on a
range of modalities and tailoring her approach to what fits each person
best.
Dana specialises in neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, and the
difficulties that commonly co-occur with these profiles, such as anxiety,
depression, trauma, burnout, sleep difficulties and so on . She also offers
neurodevelopmental diagnostics. Dana has a particular interest in
supporting clients who are navigating the impact of a late diagnosis, or who
are learning to understand and work with their own minds for the first time.
This is an area she is passionate about, she wrote one of her master’s
theses on the female autism profile and recently presented at the European
Space Agency (ESA) on late diagnosis in ADHD and autism.
Dana’s clinical work is also informed by lived experience. Being diagnosed
with ADHD later in life has deepened her attentiveness to pacing, masking
and burnout, and how it can be to live with a busy mind and a sensitive
nervous system..
She works with both local and international clients and offers sessions in
English and Hungarian, in person and online.
