I also do online guided meditations. They are approximately 10 minute each and the purpose is to join me on a journey of everyday meditations. In my experience, many people find it hard to commit to an everyday (or nearly everyday) practice despite knowing the benefits, so I thought by having someone to do it with might add some motivation. It is not an attempt to teach meditation but do the meditation thing together. I attempt to add quite a few each week.
